Regardless of how many times you have purchased, financed or refinanced real estate, you’ll find our process to be streamlined, painless, and customer service focused.
Here are the steps: 1) The application process: One of NewPrime Homes Loans highly qualified Mortgage Executives will walk you through the application process over the telephone. This is the first and most important step in the whole process. Our mortgage executives help people just like you take the first step every day.
2) Twenty-four hour approval: Your mortgage executive will get your loan pre-approved and have a proposal ready for you with in 24 hours of taking your application. We are the lender. We make our own decisions and fund your loan with our own money.
3) Disclosure and document pickup appointment: NewPrime will send a local representative to your home and walk you through the necessary disclosure. Your NewPrime Mortgage executive will be available to answer any questions and explain all of the documents. At the same time NewPrime’s local representative will pick up the necessary documents to process your loan.
4) Free appraisal: NewPrime will pay for your appraisal. The appraisal will NOT be rolled into the loan. We believe that any credible mortgage bank should have a vested interest in your loan.
5) Daily Service Call: Customer service is foremost for everyone on the NewPrime Team. Your mortgage executive will give you a daily service call every single day your loan is in process. You will know exactly what is going on every step of the way. Your mortgage executive will also help gather any remaining conditions on your file.
6) Closing: Your loan closing will be quick and easy. Most likely the same representative that helped with your disclosure appointment will assist you in signing your loan. Your NewPrime mortgage executive will be available by phone to answer any questions and explain all of the documents.
7) Funding: Your mortgage executive will make sure that your loan funds correctly and on time. You will enjoy the same level customer service after your loan is closed that you did before your loan closed.
8) On-going communications: We are here to be your mortgage bank and bankers for life. You will receive follow up calls from time to time. We are just checking in to say hello. If your situation changes or you have future needs please call us. We are not going anywhere.
Our goal with your participation is for the entire process to take no longer than seven to ten business days. All that we ask is that you are available for at least one phone call a day, 2 scheduled appointments, appraisal and gather the required documents to underwrite and fund your loan. We will take care of everything else.
